Coating Kits: Reconcile Component Counts Before Sealing

Sealing a kit hides missing components until the buyer opens it. A simple reconciliation step can catch shortages while the packing run is still controllable.

Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

Practical approach

Start with counted quantities for each component. Compare completed kits, remaining components and rejects, then investigate any mismatch before dispatch.

If 100 bottles and 95 applicators were issued, 100 complete one-applicator kits cannot have been packed without an additional supply.

Decision limits

A balanced count does not verify that every kit is correct. Combine reconciliation with an appropriate check of actual kit contents.
