Keep product identity, opening dates and storage conditions organised so an opened coating bottle remains traceable and suitable for use.

Read the bottle-specific requirements
Shelf life and usable time after opening are separate limits. Temperature, closure and exposure during use can affect the product. Follow the label and current instructions for the exact formula rather than using a rule remembered from another coating.
Record the opening date and batch identification. Keep the original label readable and retain the product in its specified container.
Reduce avoidable exposure
Close the bottle as directed between uses and keep the neck clean using the approved method. Do not pour material from an applicator or working container back into the original bottle. Store away from unsuitable heat, light or ignition sources according to the safety information.
Organise stock so older suitable material is identified before a new bottle is opened. Do not treat an expiry date as the only sign of condition.
Check before the next job
Inspect for unexpected changes, such as contamination or material that no longer behaves as described. Do not add solvent to rescue a coating unless NANOLAB specifically directs that action. If storage history or product condition is uncertain, seek guidance and use an appropriate test process before committing a vehicle. Traceable storage protects consistency across installations.
