Furniture legs receive floor-cleaner runoff and repeated contact. Evaluate those conditions before treating them as low-exposure decorative metal.

Assess the starting condition

Identify the finish, feet and attachment areas. Record scratches near floor level and inspect whether the legs are stable. Keep floor traction and furniture function outside the cosmetic coating claim.

A practical working method

  1. Trial a representative visible metal area.
  2. Protect floors and exclude unapproved rubber or contact surfaces.
  3. Follow the specified cure before normal handling.
  4. Inspect high-contact zones after ordinary cleaning.

Common mistake

A clean upper section may not predict the condition close to the floor. Coating rubber feet or joint surfaces without approval changes the application.

What a useful result looks like

The useful outcome is an accepted decorative finish with a compatible cleaning routine. State retained damage and functional exclusions instead of promising that the coating prevents furniture movement or mechanical wear.
