Nano Coating Stainless Steel on a Folding Partition

Assess the starting condition

Identify the metal finish and inspect hinge, roller and seal arrangements. Record existing rubbing marks. A surface coating is not a lubricant and should not be used to address a movement fault.

A practical working method

  1. Confirm approved exposed metal faces.
  2. Protect mechanical components during preparation and application.
  3. Trial dry appearance on a representative panel.
  4. Inspect the closed and permitted open positions for residue and contact issues.

Common mistake

Applying more product into a moving gap can create residue where it cannot be levelled. A flat sample does not represent repeated panel contact.

What a useful result looks like

The useful handover preserves the partition’s operation and explains metal care. Refer mechanical problems to the equipment provider, retaining those requirements separately from cosmetic coating maintenance.
