Assess the starting condition

Survey the bathrooms individually, noting existing coatings, etched areas, hardware and user routines. A guest bathroom used monthly and a main bathroom used daily should not be compared without that context.

A practical working method

  1. Assign a simple room and pane identifier.
  2. Photograph preparation acceptance and record the product used in each room.
  3. Schedule curing so another bathroom remains available where possible.
  4. Provide a room-specific handover if compatibility or care requirements differ.

Common mistake

A single completion photograph cannot prove which pane was treated or which defects predated the work. Reusing dirty preparation tools across rooms can also spread residue.

What a useful result looks like

The useful record connects every treated surface with its original condition and care instructions. Later support can then address the correct bathroom without assuming that different wear patterns indicate different product quality.
