Pre-Application Preparation:

Ensure a pristine surface by thoroughly polishing and removing any traces of oil, grease, fat, fingerprints, etc., using our recommended PREP solution or IPA.

Tools Required:

In addition to the coating material, prepare an applicator pad and two microfiber towels. Opt for towels of different colors if possible for better organization.

Application Method:

1. Apply an adequate amount of the coating material onto the applicator pad, ensuring it’s sufficiently primed for even distribution. If the applicator feels “stuck”, apply more material as needed.
2. Commence by outlining the area for application, starting from the surface edges. Then, create a central X shape to facilitate uniform coverage.
3. Employ crisscross motions to spread the material along the X and Y axes, ensuring thorough coverage.
4. For optimal results, consider applying an additional layer while the previous one is still “liquid” to guarantee complete coverage.

Buffing Phase:

To promote strong adhesion, refrain from wiping the coating immediately after application. Allow it to rainbow and sit for at least 15 minutes before proceeding. Thanks to the extremely forgiving MATRIX formulation, you can comfortably apply the coating across the entire vehicle before beginning the wipe-off process. Once ready, use the first towel to swiftly remove excess material in straight lines. Subsequently, use a second towel to buff the surface in circular motions, ensuring no high spots remain and leaving behind a flawless finish.

*Internal Testing: During internal validation, MATRIX was intentionally left on a vehicle outdoors under intense summer sunlight from midday and remained on the surface overnight without being wiped. The following day, the coating was still successfully buffed off with minimal effort. Actual buff-off times may vary depending on temperature, humidity, airflow, surface temperature, film thickness, and application technique.

NANOLAB MATRIX GRAPHENE. P503G has a shelf life of at least 12 months when stored between 0°C / 32°F and 25°C / 77°F in the tightly closed original container.
After opening – must be used within 180 days.

Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable.
In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.

MATRIX GRAPHENE: limited warranty for no fixed time limit. Certified installation and documented annual professional maintenance are required, subject to mandatory local law and the full warranty terms in eight languages.

Attend service every 12 months, within 30 days before or after the installation anniversary. Six-month care is recommended for severe exposure. Routine service is chargeable at the workshop price disclosed in advance.

1. Wash with suitable pH-neutral shampoo and clean, soft tools; dry carefully.
2. Safely decontaminate as needed. Clay or other mechanical treatment is not mandatory and should be chosen by a competent installer only when necessary.
3. Inspect and record the condition before applying a booster or top coat. Keep the invoice, photos where relevant, and service record.
4. Apply a compatible maintenance product only when needed. A maintenance spray does not restart the warranty.

Persistent loss of water repellency after professional cleaning may be assessed as a coating defect. Dirt and mineral deposits alone are maintenance issues. Avoid polishing or recoating before a claim inspection.

Approved coating repairs include necessary local preparation, material and installer labour at no charge. Scratches, stone chips, accidents, substrate defects and contamination damage are excluded as set out in the terms. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
