This warranty outlines the terms, conditions, and benefits associated with QUARTZ99, BEAST PRO, BEAST & BEAST 365 Ceramic Coatings, ensuring that you experience the highest level of protection and care for your vehicle.

Warranty Coverage

NANOLAB’s Ceramic Coating is warranted to maintain its hydrophobic properties, gloss retention, and resistance to environmental contaminants for a period of up to 5 years or 60,000 miles (96,560 kilometers) for BEAST PRO & 3 years or 36,000 miles (57,936 kilometers) for BEAST driven, whichever comes first, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Weekly Washes:
    • Vehicles treated with NANOLAB Ceramic Coating must be washed weekly using approved methods and products. This includes using pH-neutral, ceramic-safe shampoos and microfiber wash mitts or cloths to prevent scratches and degradation of the coating.
  2. Maintenance Program:
    • To maintain the effectiveness of the Ceramic Coating, a bi-annual maintenance service must be performed by a Certified NANOLAB Detailer. This service includes inspection, decontamination, and the re-application of a maintenance top-coat if necessary. Failure to adhere to the maintenance schedule will void the warranty.
  3. Environmental Contaminants:
    • The coating is warranted to protect against damage from bird droppings, tree sap, bug splatter, acid rain, and road tar, provided these contaminants are removed within a reasonable time frame (generally within 12-24 hours).
  4. Gloss Retention:
    • The coating will maintain a high level of gloss and clarity, subject to proper care and maintenance.

Extended Warranty with QUARTZ99 / BEAST 365

For customers who opt for the QUARTZ99 / BEAST 365 upgrade, an additional 2 years or 24,000 miles (38,624 kilometers) of warranty coverage will be added to the standard Ceramic Coating warranty. This extension offers extra protection and peace of mind, ensuring your vehicle remains protected for up to 7 years or 72,000 miles (115,872 kilometers) for BEAST PRO + BEAST 365 and 5 years or 60,000 miles (96,560 kilometers) for QUARTZ99 + BEAST, whichever comes first.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

The Ceramic Coating warranties do not cover the following:

  1. Improper Application:
    • Any damage or failure resulting from incorrect application by a non-Certified Detailer is not covered.
  2. Neglect and Improper Care:
    • Neglecting the prescribed weekly wash schedule, using unapproved cleaning products, or improper washing techniques will void the warranty.
  3. Damage from External Factors:
    • Damage due to collisions, vandalism, or any other mechanical or chemical damage not related to the product’s failure.
  4. Natural Wear and Tear:
    • Natural wear and tear of the coating, including minor scratches, swirl marks, and scuffs that occur over time.
  5. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications:
    • Any repairs, modifications, or touch-ups performed by unauthorized personnel that affect the coated surface will void the warranty.
  6. Environmental and Climate Conditions:
    • Damage caused by severe environmental or climate conditions, such as flooding, hail, extreme UV exposure, or natural disasters.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, the vehicle owner must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase and application date.
  2. A record of the prescribed weekly wash schedule and bi-annual maintenance services.
  3. Detailed photographs and a written description of the issue.

NANOLAB reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and assess the validity of the claim. If the warranty claim is approved, NANOLAB will reapply the ceramic coating or perform necessary repairs at no additional cost to the customer.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner of the vehicle at the time of the Ceramic Coating application.
