Nano Coating a Glass Bath Screen

A bath screen can encounter shower spray, bath products and frequent folding or movement. Its hinges, seals and glass faces should be considered separately in the coating plan.

Identify the screen system

Check the manufacturer’s instructions and any existing glass treatment. Note whether panels fold or pivot and which faces are exposed to water. Inspect the lower seal and hardware for wear or damage that needs attention before coating.

Protect neighbouring finishes

Confirm how the preparation method will be kept away from an unsuitable bath finish, wall material or metal fitting. Do not assume the glass coating is intended for the bath itself. Arrange safe access without standing or leaning on parts not designed for that purpose.

Keep care practical

After the specified cure, follow the approved cleaning routine and inspect the glass dry. Pay attention to the lower section where bath products and water may remain. Keep moving parts and seals under their manufacturer’s care instructions. If a persistent mark appears, document the products used in both bathing and cleaning before requesting advice.
