Capture the observation

Inspect the dry surface from several angles under normal lighting. Record when the streaks appeared and whether the component has been handled or cleaned. Keep the exact product and application date available.

Ask about the correct stage-specific response

A correction method used during application may not be appropriate after curing. Consult the installer before rubbing, polishing or applying another layer. On brushed or factory-finished stainless, an improvised correction can create a new appearance difference.

Verify and document any service

After the approved response, compare the surface with the accepted baseline. Record which area was corrected and whether coating was renewed. Confirm any revised cure or first-clean instructions. Keep the information with the handover so future maintenance does not assume the entire component has an identical application history.
