From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
Collect concrete task observations rather than a general satisfaction score.

The people who clean a shower enclosure can provide valuable pilot feedback, but they need specific questions. A general satisfaction rating does not explain what changed in the task. Review the pilot around actual observations and the cleaning process used.
Identify the room, cleaning products and routine. Ask what condition was present before cleaning, what steps were required and what the surface looked like afterward. If time was measured, confirm the task definition so different staff are not reporting different scopes.
For example, a cleaner may report that one area required additional attention. That is useful evidence; the reason still needs assessment. Record differences in room use, access or instructions that may affect the comparison. Avoid pressuring staff to confirm an expected benefit.
Review whether the team can follow the approved routine and which questions remain unresolved. The next step may be clearer instructions, another representative trial or a limited rollout. Record the rationale rather than reducing the discussion to an average score. A pilot review is strongest when the installer, property representative and housekeeping team can connect their conclusions to the same factual record. This makes the project decision more useful than a promotional testimonial gathered before the operational questions have been answered.
Discuss residue removal, rinsing, drying, streak checks and access around fittings separately. Ask which step became easier, harder or unchanged, and what evidence supports that observation. Include staff who performed routine cleaning rather than only the person supervising the trial.
Record changes in cleaner, tools or instructions that occurred during the pilot. A positive opinion is useful feedback, but it should not be converted automatically into a quantified labour saving. Compare the comments with the observation sheets and identify a concrete next action. The review should improve the operating process and determine whether further evaluation is needed before expanding the project.
