A split panel can make a graphene coating comparison easy to see, but position can influence the result.

A split panel can make a graphene coating comparison easy to see, but position can influence the result. One half may receive different sunlight, runoff, handling or contamination from the other.
Record which product is applied to each area and keep the preparation and cure process comparable. Where practical, use additional panels with the positions reversed. This helps reveal whether a recurring advantage follows the product or the location. Avoid judging only the most attractive half of one demonstration.
Keep application tools separate and prevent accidental overlap between products. Note the treatment of edges and any masking used. If water flows from one area onto the other, account for that when interpreting a rinse demonstration. A striking visual contrast may still be useful, but its cause should not be assumed.
A split-panel video is strongest when the layout and limitations are visible. Show the full comparison, describe the conditions and avoid presenting a single position-dependent result as proof of universal graphene superiority.
