Paint protection film is a complete surface system with its own requirements.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge
Paint protection film is a complete surface system with its own requirements. A graphene coating should be assessed for compatibility with the actual film rather than chosen from the additive name alone.
Record the film type, finish and relevant care instructions. Check whether the coating is specified for that application and whether any existing treatment affects the process. Do not assume that a product suitable for paint is automatically suitable for every film.
A coating and a film perform different roles in the installed system. The graphene name should not be used to imply that the coating replaces the film’s physical function or makes all maintenance unnecessary. Explain the complete arrangement and the care process the customer should follow.
The practical recommendation is product-specific. NANOLAB provides formula guidance for compatible films, and the installer should use the current information for the selected coating and surface. The material story supports that recommendation; it does not replace the compatibility decision.
