Graphene Coating Warranty Language: Keep the Additive Story Separate from the Terms

A warranty is a defined product programme, not a property of the word graphene.

Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

A warranty is a defined product programme, not a property of the word graphene. Customers should be directed to the current terms for the exact coating rather than encouraged to infer coverage from the material name.

Explain the offer clearly

Identify the product, eligible installation and care requirements by reference to the current programme. Avoid shortening a qualified warranty into an unlimited promise in a sales conversation. A research claim about material strength does not expand what the warranty covers.

Keep technical and commercial claims aligned

If a brochure discusses durability, make clear whether it refers to a measured test, field observation or warranty arrangement. These are different forms of information. Do not present warranty duration as proof that every surface property remains unchanged for that period, or assume that every graphene product shares the same terms.

A professional sale gives the customer both the product explanation and the applicable warranty information. The additive can be part of the story, while the actual programme defines the commitment being offered.
