A sales script should give staff a reliable explanation, not a set of claims that expand with every retelling. Start with the product category and the role of the material name.
Explain that NANOLAB’s relevant products are coating formulations containing additives. Then describe the exact product’s intended use and supported features. Avoid saying that the vehicle receives a pure atomic sheet or that a material name guarantees every benefit. Staff should know which details are documented and which require a technical follow-up.
When a customer asks whether the name is partly marketing, answer honestly: it can support recognition and positioning, while the coating’s suitability and performance must be assessed separately. There is no need to invent a technical advantage to acknowledge a commercial one.
A useful script is short enough to remember and accurate enough to survive questions. It helps sales staff communicate confidence through clarity rather than through unsupported claims about graphene or borophene.
Discuss a private-label coating project or ask NANOLAB about the exact formula for your application.
