A full polishing range.
From cutting and one-step correction to final finishing.
Compare foam-cannon output using liquid delivery and cleaning results, since foam height alone does not show how much shampoo reaches a panel.
Updated · NANOLAB Knowledge

Two foam cannons can produce very different-looking foam while delivering similar quantities of cleaning solution. Air incorporation changes appearance and apparent volume. A taller foam pile is not a direct measurement of active cleaning dose.
Record the bottle mixture, equipment settings, solution draw and total liquid delivery under a suitable collection procedure. Follow equipment safety instructions and avoid arrangements that create hazardous spray or alter normal operation.
Use the same surface area and application period when comparing coverage. A thick layer on half a panel is not directly comparable with a thinner layer covering the whole panel.
| Observation | Decision value |
|---|---|
| Liquid delivered | Helps establish chemical and water use |
| Coverage and drainage | Shows where the solution remains |
| Accepted cleaning | Tests whether soil was removed |
| Rinse and dry finish | Checks the complete process |
If setup A produces more visible foam but requires a second wash, while setup B meets the same finish requirement once, foam appearance alone would favour the wrong process. Include repeat work and rinse demand in the evaluation.
Do not increase concentration indefinitely to achieve a social-media appearance. Use the supported working range, avoid allowing product to dry where prohibited, and assess compatibility with the coating and other vehicle materials.
Foam can be useful for observing coverage and dwell, but it is one process characteristic. The meaningful comparison is the accepted clean surface obtained with known chemical, water and labour inputs.
Ask NANOLAB about your surface and intended use. For application and care, use the current instructions for the exact product.
