A cleaning contractor considering a shower-glass coating service needs a defined operating scope. Familiarity with routine cleaning does not automatically establish the suitability of a new protective treatment for every enclosure. Build the offer around product-specific information and clear responsibilities.
Identify which surfaces and conditions the contractor will assess and which require referral. Separate routine cleaning, restoration questions and coating application. Record how existing glass treatments and adjacent materials will be identified before recommending the service.
Use the exact product's current instructions and obtain appropriate training or clarification for the intended work. Establish a route for technical questions. For example, staff should know what to do when the customer cannot identify a factory treatment rather than proceeding on the assumption that the glass is untreated.
Provide product identity, treated-area records and approved maintenance guidance. Explain access and return-to-use requirements using current product information. Keep commercial promises proportionate to confirmed evidence and the assessed job. A coherent proposal shows how the contractor will qualify the project, perform the agreed scope and support later care. It should not rely on a generic claim that coating makes cleaning unnecessary or that every existing enclosure is suitable for the same process.
State whether the contractor is proposing a trial, applying an approved system, providing routine aftercare or referring the technical work to another party. Identify the training, instructions and support required for that role without implying certification that has not been granted.
Include surface identification, preparation scope, access, inspection and handover in the proposal. Keep projected cleaning benefits conditional until evaluated under the client's actual routine. If the client uses another team for periodic cleaning, involve that team in the care plan. A clear role definition helps the customer understand who owns each decision and prevents a routine cleaning contract from silently expanding into unsupported technical application work.
