Identify the bench finish, joints and available glass access. Stone, tile and coated timber can have different cleaner requirements. Record existing residue near the bench before work.
A glass cleaner that suits the pane may be unsuitable for the bench. A difficult boundary is not a reason to flood the area with more product.
A useful scope explains which glass areas were accessible and treated. Aftercare should control runoff and preserve the bench’s own maintenance requirements rather than presenting glass coating as protection for the entire assembly.
